Our story begins in 2003 with a small tile warehouse on the New Ring Road.

In 2008, Billa's growth was rapid, the company expanded its activity by investing massively in infrastructure and logistics, and after 3 years of successful sales in the wholesale market, Billa, as a leading distributor of tiles in the country, moved into the retail tile sales market in 2011 with two showrooms in Tirana and Durrës.

Billa Albania's expansion and entry into the retail market also created confidence in the international arena of the bathroom furnishing business, making it possible that just a few months after the start of retail sales, the international plumbing giant   Ideal Standard entrusted us with the exclusive distribution of its plumbing products in Albania in 2012. Since that day of cooperation with Ideal Standard , at Billa Albania you will find branded plumbing products with the best quality-price ratio than anywhere else in Albania.

A special occasion that coincided with the opening of the showroom was the inauguration of the company, Billa Home, which, by bringing quality furniture products from Italy and Denmark, completed the range of products with which the complete furnishing of our clients' homes can be realized.

It was Billa Home that took Billa Albania to a new dimension in the Albanian space, but Billa's ambition was much greater, it was Western European. After a hard work of Yllit in Belgium, in November 2019, 3 showrooms were opened in Belgium on the same day. Billa Benelux from a successful company in wholesale trading in Western Europe turned into an important player in the retail sale of tiles in the Netherlands and beyond.

Our 13 showrooms, 10 in Albania and 3 in Belgium, are characterized by the highest standards of doing business and offer the most reliable service on the market, making us proud as over 85% of our customers have returned to our company, reaping the dedicated service along with quality products at the best price on the market.
