Progeen Construction

Progeen Shpk is a construction company operating in Albania since 2013, acting as both an investor and a developer. The company specializes in residential, industrial, public works, and infrastructure projects.

With a proven track record, Progeen has successfully completed 158,053 m² of construction projects. Notable developments include Progeen Residence 1, Progeen 2, Rainbow Residence, and Iris Residence, where the company played the role of both investor and builder.

In addition to residential projects, Progeen has undertaken turnkey construction projects for local and international organizations, including UNDP, Eagle Hills Enterprise Properties, FARA Association, All For Freedom, ALEAT, the Albanian Development Fund, the Municipality of Tirana, and many others.

Currently, Progeen Shpk is working on construction projects covering a total area of 196,363 m², of which 31,012 m² is in the role of contractor and 165,351 m² as an investor.
