Founded in 1996 with a scientific mission, Uka Farm was established on the “Farm to Table” philosophy — promoting healthy, sustainable food directly from the land to the plate.

We are a fully organic farm, where no pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used. Our agricultural practices are entirely natural, respecting both the environment and consumer health.

Our Restaurant
