The idea for creating such a business was born in 1997, after several years of experience at one of the most famous pastry shops in Greece, where I closely learned the craftsmanship of making desserts and turned it into a true art.

Building a bridge starting with just one stone is very difficult, but not impossible. Within just a few years, our small business has become one of the most well-known and modern ones in the dough and dessert market in the city of Tirana.

To realize this project, the help of close people was essential. With their professionalism, they have managed to maintain a high level of product quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
