As a result of its high standards and exceptional quality in both service and cuisine, in July 2011, Sofra e Ariut was chosen to represent Albania at the International Gastronomy Festival held in Istanbul.
Every dish is crafted based on a traditional Albanian menu, with each recipe rooted in a specific city or region of the country. This authentic culinary heritage is beautifully blended with selected international dishes that are beloved by both our local and international guests.
